All our embroidery work is made to order based on the received orders. As each T-shirt is specially made for you after you place an order on our website, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for any other reasons than those specified below.

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or send the correct item as soon as possible.
